Hello, my name is Ben
Garver. I want to thank you for visiting my website and hope you
are able to find a guide package that suits your needs and expectations.
I have been an avid Nebraska
fisherman since I can remember. Many of my childhood memories
include fishing and camping trips with my family. My love for
fishing has grown over the years and expanded into walleye tournament
fishing as well. I have had some great finishes in tournaments
across the Midwest and will continue to fish tournaments for years to
come. I fish lots of different waters every year, all the way from
Northern Minnesota to Wyoming and several waters in-between. Over
the years I have learned many different tactics for catching fish,
walleye in particular. Some of my favorite tactics for catching
fish include trolling crank baits, pitching jigs, live bait rigging,
vertical jigging, bottom bouncing spinners, open water trolling
spinners, and many more. I have been teaching the fine points of
these techniques at seminars I conduct at the Bass Pro Shops store in
Council Bluffs, Iowa. I have been the walleye Pro Staffer for the
Council Bluffs store since 2007 and really enjoy my time there helping
customers learning the ins and out's of walleye fishing. The
number one goal of my guide service is to educate my clients while they
have a fun and enjoyable day on my boat.

I have been a Field Staff member of in-depthoutdoors.com
since 2007 and have also been on their management team for 2 years.
During my time with in-depthoutdoors I have learned many different
aspects of the fishing industry. I recently was featured on an
In-Depth Outdoors TV episode fishing for walleyes on Rainy Lake in
Northern Minnesota. I write detailed fishing reports on
In'DepthOutdoors.com and can also be found helping members in the forums
on a day to day basis.
In 2010 I will be found fishing the Nebraska Walleye
Association tournament circuit. I will also be fishing at the
National Team Championship walleye tournament held on Lake Winnebago at
Oshkosh, Wisconsin in early June. I will also be found guiding
on several different waters across Nebraska.
